You can’t rid of it!

That moment from “Venus in Furs” when Sacher von Masoh came to visit Severin… He talked about relationship between men and women, about hammer and anvil, his own experience (as an anvil). Severin said “I am cured”. He meant that masochism no longer appeals to him.

Is it possible? Let’s figure it out…

But first, was there a moment in your life when you wanted to get rid of your fetish? Consciously refuse it, with the thought like: “This is wrong, I no longer want all these cuckold things, I will now live as a normal ordinary man!”. If yes, did you succeed with it?

Well, this post is a logical continuation of the post about the formation of sexual fixations or sexual preferences (perversions, if you want).

And yes! It’s again a lecture on sexology😉

The main question we are interested in is: “Is there a way to change the basic set of sexual preferences?” And the honest answer is:

Sexual preferences, like sexual orientation, CANNOT BE CHANGED!

Sexual fixation if it’s formed, if it’s fixed in your subconscious will remain with you FOREVER. It is impossible to overwrite this information in your brain. And all attempts that were made in this direction by different scientists failed.

IT CAN’T BE CHANGED, IT’S YOUR FATE!

If you want, you can consciously reconfigure yourself to some other sexual objects. But you will still receive maximum pleasure only from what has received the status of “sexual fixation” in your head. We get pleasure from what we get it from, and nothing can be done about it.

Sexual fixation, from a physiological point of view, is a conditioned reflex, although it is quite persistent. Accordingly, a person can either encourage/reinforce this conditioned reflex or, on the contrary, consciously not do this. And as you know, if the conditioned reflex is not reinforced, then it fades away, becomes less vivid and imperative.

However, once it has arisen, it will not disappear anywhere. Any serious provocation can awaken him to life, and everything will return.

Is there any way to treat paraphilia?

Scientists are puzzled over the solution of this issue. Primarily because there is a huge demand from society for it. I mean such paraphilias as pedofelia and many others. But no progress has been made.

P.S. Not my picture, but I like how it’s drawn. Put it in just to break up the wall of text.
And yes, all the characters in this picture are over 18 years old 😉

However… there is an option
